Terms and Conditions
These terms of delivery contain information on, e.g., the online store’s delivery methods and prices, practices concerning returns, and methods of payment. A customer agrees to comply with these terms of delivery when placing an order. Marja Kurki Ltd reserves the right to make changes to prices and the ordering and delivery terms.
Placing an order
Products can be ordered in the online store by moving the desired products to the shopping cart and by paying for the content of the shopping cart using the cashier service. Contact details requested upon the placement of an order will not be used for any other purpose than delivering the order or investigating any problems with it. Before you order a product from the online store, you are required to read and comply with the valid terms of delivery, as applicable. An order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after a successful order. All our prices include value-added tax at 24% unless otherwise specified.
If necessary, an order can be divided into several consignments. The delivery times reported are for reference only. Sometimes there may be errors regarding the availability of certain products. We will report any delays as quickly as possible.
A binding sales contract enters into force once the order has been processed.
Order delivery times are determined according to the delivery times of the products and the payment and delivery methods selected. Ordinarily we begin to process an order on the day it arrives or the next business day. Itella usually delivers the package before 2pm on the next business day. The delivery times given are estimates only, and Marja Kurki Ltd is not bound by them to compensate the customer for any damage and/or additional expenses incurred should a delivery be delayed.
Delivery method and handling charges
You can see the handling charges for your order after you have selected the payment and delivery method. You can track your package using the shipment code that is shown in your order confirmation.. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the customer arising from a product damaged during transportation.
We provide international shipping all over the world. Please choose the destination country in the drop-down menu in the Shopping Bag section. After this, you may choose International Delivery as the delivery method. For orders that include bags or purses, the shipping charge will automatically be changed to 30€ per order for international delivery.
Home delivery in Finland: 9,90 € / order – not available for orders that include bags/purses.
Home delivery in Finland (for bags): 14,00 € / order
International Shipping: 15,00 € / order – not available for orders that include bags/purses.
International Shipping (for bags): 30,00 € / order
Delivery to Posti Pakettiautomaatti (In Finland): 4,90€
The payment service used by the Marja Kurki Ltd online store is provided by Paytrail Plc in collaboration with Finnish banks and Luottokunta (Nets). All products and postal charges must be paid upon the placement of an order. No products will be sent with an invoice for later payment.
Internet banking fees
This method is only valid for orders inside Finland. You may pay for your purchase using the following Finnish Internet banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo Bank, POP Bank, Tapiola, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Aktia, Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken.
Card payments (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or American Express cards)
The Point Web Store accepts Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard cards.

Right to return and exchange products
All products are covered by a 14-day period during which the customer has the right to return and exchange products, calculated from the date when the merchandise is received. The right to return products applies to products that have not been used and are intact, with all product codes in place. You can return a product free of charge by taking the package to any post office. Any package returned must include the following information:

Domestic returns are free.
In international returns, the customer pays for shipping.
Please note! Products purchased from the online store cannot be returned to or exchanged at any of our brick-and-mortar stores.
We will replace any defective products or refund our customers.
Please include the following information with any product that you return to us:
- Your personal details: name, address, and phone number
- Your bank account number for a refund or a note indicating that you wish to exchange the product for a new one.
- The order number, which can be found both on the receipt and in the order confirmation sent to your e-mail address.
- The reason for returning the product (voluntary information). We cannot demand a reason for the return, but we wish to develop our operations and would like to hear why you have decided to return a product.
- If you can submit either the order confirmation or receipt with your consignment, it will show us all the necessary information with the exception of your bank account number. In providing us with precise information, you help us to process the return and speed up the handling of the matter.
If a product has gone missing or been damaged during transportation or otherwise does not match your order, you should report the error no later than within 14 days to the parties listed in the terms on product exchanges and returns. If the package has been damaged during postal delivery, you must immediately file a complaint with the postal service.
